Hi, I’m Samm, and I’m here to support your growth toward a meaningful life. Change is cyclical, and we’ll work together to bring about a greater sense of ease and health.
Drawing from my MFA and spiritual focus, sessions are imaginative and poignant. Along with traditional therapies, I draw from EMDR, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts.
Using a gentle, trauma-focused approach, I get to know you, where you feel stuck, and how I might support growth and healing.
Welcome!
I welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks and work with individuals, couples, and teens. Whether you’re a survivor of early abuse, toxic relationships, or feel lost, we collaborate to increase confidence and agency.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy supports clients in regaining functioning by gently exploring memories at the root of current discomfort.
Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy uses conversation as a springboard to create new patterns and a fresh way to interact with your life.
Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy supports you in accessing difficult emotions for healing and growth. It is an effective way to get at underlying trauma, work through anxieties, and get in touch with vitality if you are feeling depressed.
Mindfulness Therapy
With a certification in Therapeutic Mindfulness and as a life-long Buddhist practitioner, I work with you to explore your relationship to the present without judgement. Mindfulness has been linked to decreased stress and reactivity with increased ease, resiliance and generosity on the other side! There are physical benefits, as well.
