Therapy Approach
I use EMDR training, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts and Mindfulness for a trauma-focused approach.


With empathy for the whole couple, I support you both in understanding each other and breaking painful patterns for genuine connection.

I have a brave, curious, and playful approach where I support you at the edge of what’s familiar so you can grow, heal, and feel nurtured and cared for at the same time.

Many of my clients work with me around identity issues, parental divorce, loss, or bullying. We might use Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, or even tarot to deepen our work.
I use EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Mindfulness to work with folks on personal growth, stability, and confidence.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy supports clients in regaining functioning by gently exploring memories at the root of current discomfort.

Narrative Therapy uses conversation as a springboard to create new patterns and a fresh way to interact with your life.

Expressive Arts Therapy supports you in accessing difficult emotions for healing and growth. It is an effective way to get at underlying trauma, work through anxieties, and get in touch with vitality if you are feeling depressed.

With a certification in Therapeutic Mindfulness and as a life-long Buddhist practitioner, I work with you to explore your relationship to the present without judgement. Mindfulness has been linked to decreased stress and reactivity with increased ease, resiliance and generosity on the other side! There are physical benefits, as well.
